We’re proud to offer a better path forward for business owners.

Jacob Efrosman, Founder & CEO

We specialize in working with legacy business owners in manufacturing, industrial, and construction who want a better way to transition.

After starting out in finance and economics, Jacob quickly realized the academic, theory-heavy pace wasn’t how he learned best, so he pivoted into business and focused on mastering sales first.

He cut his teeth in car sales, then moved west to Alberta and built his experience on job sites and in the realities of running teams
and operations.

That path gave him a strong respect for owners who have built something real, and a sharp instinct for what matters versus what doesn’t.

Having lived through the ups and downs of business ownership himself, Jacob brings empathy to high-stakes decisions and a steady focus on outcomes.

At Strive, our approach is simple:

Protect what’s working, strengthen the business, and help owners step back at a pace that honours their people, reputation, and legacy.
