  • President & Founder

    Before founding Strive Global Holdings, Jacob founded and successfully grew a National blue collar recruitment company focusing on the construction sector. He has an exceptional ability to identify, attract and ignite new leaders.

    Jacob brings leadership and business development abilities to the team. He focusses on building strong relationships within organizations and nurturing new leaders either internally or via external recruitment.

  • Director

    Brad is an accomplished business advisor, corporate lawyer and Senior Partner at Norton Rose Fulbright in Calgary, where he has practiced law for 33+ years. He served as the Calgary Managing Partner and was a member of his firm’s National Management Committee for many years. His professional background includes leadership, transactional and advisory work, strategy, management, organizational transformation, risk assessment, governance and communications. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Strive Global Holdings, Grant Metal Products, the Calgary Food Bank and the Children’s Cottage Society, and he holds the ICD.D designation conferred by the Institute of Corporate Directors.

    Brad’s involvement with Strive includes strategy and corporate development, transactional planning and implementation, governance and ownership structuring, and management incentive and retention.

  • Operations, Managing Partner

    A senior operations professional with over 20 years of experience in buildings and civil infrastructure. Leading projects in the $B+ Dan built successful teams from the ground up, and understands the business aspect inside and out.

    Dan is instrumental in defining key performance drivers and growth opportunities within companies. He brings his rich network to support recruiting and growth.
